really blessed by AC.. powerful 5 days!!!

God is really bringing us from glory to glory...

truely the lord has raised us up for a time such as this.. where God's pple are standing tgt as one!

the love and unity in the church is really what is scareing the wadever out of the devil.. haha

i like what pst phil speaks about his analogy about a seed.

u can look inside a seed and see a 60 foot tree. and u crack open the seed in hope of finding the 60 foot tree.. u cannot find it there!

u really need to plant it and through years of nuturing, a 60 foot tree birth forth!

nurturing it with prayers, the word of god, and lots of love!!! of course the seed needs to be rooted and its roots go deeeeeppppppp into the church! it takes time!

but we need to stay put! and be hungry for things of the lord!

a revelation that apart from being planted, this tree needs to be discipline enough to stretch out its leaves to receive the greatest amt of sunlight. it needs to make effort to suck up the wated from the soil. it needs to be hungry!!!!!!!!!

how can u grow if you do not put in effort? if u are not hungry, if you are not making the effort to position yourself to gain the most in the presence of the lord?

how can u be strong if you are not planted in a church and a cg!

cmon!!! be that 60 foot tree!! full of substance, full of glory for the lord!

be that 60 foot tree, speaking words that changes the world!

conviction.. u are young only once.

I love my cg! i love seeing their lives changed! i believe God loves it when he looks down from heaven and see pple on fire for him.. it is glorious!

many are called, few are chosen.
many respond, many wait, many run and miss out.

Isiah reponded instantly to his prophetic calling, Mosses hesitated momentarily, Jeremiah resisted, saying " ah, lord God! Behold i cannot speak, for i am a YOUTH!"

God says... "for you shall go to all to whom i send you, and whatever i command you, you shall speak!"

he went.

the lord protected his life when the pple wanted to take him. the lord was with him. He kept his word, the lord kept his.

then he complained... TOO MUCH PERSECUTIONS.. IT IS TOO HARD LORD! he says.." why does the way of the wicked prosper? why are those happy who deal so treacherously?"

why... why... WHYYYYY!!!!! we all like to ask why..
when God asks me to jump, i never ask why... i ask... HOW HIGH LORD?

the lord replies to jeremiah... IT WILL GET WORSE.. he says.." if you have run with the footmen, and they have wearled you, then how can you contend with horses? and if in the land of peace, in which you trusted, they wearies you, then how will you do in the flooding of the jordan?"

manz.. i think my GOd is so cool.. haha

but i count it all joy.. to be able to serve God in this manner...

JEREMIAH WAS A YOUTH! he loved the lord.. he hungered..

my love for God alone is justifiable for the things i am doing! even if it means to be a doorkeeper in the house of the lord! even if it means persecutions come! i humble myself for the lord to mould..

pro 11:2 ... with the humble is wisdom
be humble.. be wise ;p

use your youth to serve the lord...use your whole life! with wisdom.. with humility..

so many things happen.. life is as awesome as ever! cos God's the driver!

i thank God..

ultimately, it is CONVICTION... conviction can last momentarily.. it is up to us to make it a REAL CONVICTION...again.. its a decision..

the race to the end.. many give up.. many.. many...MANY...

too much to count..
many times.. God's heart breaks... MANY TIMES..

this race.. for the chosen.. the strongest (u think) can back out...

I have the conviction... CONVICTION.. i will serve God to the end...ALL THE WAY..
and to finish this race..

God is faithful.. i will remain faithful.. will u?

In a blink of an eye, SOT 2009 is about to come to a close.. daily encounters with God, trusting and believing in God.. really changed my life.. everyday, coming into God's presence and soaking so much in the spirit.. truely amazed how God brought me to where i am today.. he is merciful and gracious..

looking at the friendship made during SOT.. with pple from all over the world, all over the country.. learning so much from all of you.. truely, must treasure the remaining weeks in SOT..

E492.. standing in the gap always, believing and moving on with my vision.. truely blessed.. look at how much they have grown since we multiplied... going from glory to glory, loving God, loving pple.. one bunch of people, truely world shakers and history makers for the glory of God..

from going to SOT, to making many decisions, to letting go of many things.. i learnt obedience..

True obedience is an art.. Gen 22:2.. God said.: "take now your son..". the word is take now.. sometimes when God tells us to move in certain direction, we know it is right but we find excuses for not doing it immediately. many times we act by our emotions.. we think, and let our emotions take over.. sometimes we need to be obedient in letting go..

Abraham was not. Gen 22:3, he rose early in the morning.. and went to the place of which God told him.. he did not confer with his own thoughts, insights or understanding, things which are not based on his own relationship with God.. these are things that will hinder our obedience to God..

If God has made your drink bitter, drink it in communion with him.. if he meant for a hard and difficult time for you to go through, go through it..

Abraham was obedient.. God asks for the sacrifice of his son.. but he never delayed or protested.. he humbly obeyed.. when we are not living in the holy spirit, not living in touch with God, it is easy for is to blame God and pass judgement on him..

know that, it is through trials that we come to know God better, God is working in us to reach his highest goals, when his purpose and our purpose unite..

honoured!! Poh was out teacher for HCGL lesson4! the art off worship leading... we started at 730 and ended at 10!!! longest bs ever but it was totally awsome!! Poh is such a awsome guitarist!! he demonstrated wif his guitar, bringing down the presence of God.. totally annointed! and i am totally blessed... totally moved by his love for God..

i went home.. so excited to go into worship wif God.. reach home and began to string my guitar.. haha.. the excitement of wanting to quickly spend time wif God.. :D

dis wk was awsome.. tues, had leaders meeting wif Dr Jeffrey Rachmat and worship wif the true worshippers.. awsome!!! dunno y during the session i just missed overnight prayer meeting... few years back when i am staying in hostel.. i just go in and out of church whenever there are meetings.. cos my hostel is lyke so near.. haha.. so fun..

but distance doesnt deter me la... morning prayer meetings wif pastor is just awsome!!! presence of God is so strong.. imagin early in the morn, 730am!!! the hall is packed wif pple who come from all over the island to pray... fervency of chc pple! i am so honoured to be part of this!!.. really build my discipline... waking up early for the past few days.. cant believe i can do it manz.. haha...cos usually i wake up when half the day is gone..haha.. but it good! my day is not wasted.. wake up early and more things get done... successfu pple wake up early! i am successful.. ;p

end of 21 days of prayer is nearing.. greater breakthroughs for the church.. greater breakthroughs for the pple.. =p

E456 is a mighty army.. pple rising up.. coming to a greater level.. so proud of every single member.. really.. i am so thankful for the grace of God... God is working so evidently and it is just so amazing.. u just gotta see it!! do u see it? i see many miracles happening.. many lives moulded... tremendous joy..

ocean park.... dint dare to sit the roller coaster rides.. but it was nice!!

kowloon park kung fu display was farnie.. we took pics wif the big dragon and the MC made a commment dat we wear slippers.. ok typical singaporeans.. ahaha.. but it was farnie.. btw u hardly catch anyone in slippers in HK..

the show was exxagerating in many ways... a bit blasphemous.. but revelational.. haha

i tink it is a pretty cool show!! got me thinking! and i thank God i am in City Harvest church!! really Pastor is so awsome... i love pastor kong!!! fresh manna from heaven u cant get anywhere else.. ;p

even as christians, we are humans! and the very fact IS that God made us like dat! God made all of us diferent!

in the show, people of various character and lifestyles were protrayed... there was the rebelious, the super religious, the backslider, the gay, and many many diferent characters.... the underlying plot is the typical holy holy christians showing the world the typical way of christian living.. everything that falls away from the typical standard is deemed wrong..

really made me see dat God created each and everyone of us so diverse! dats wad make the world such an exciting place to live in dont u think? imagin we all do the same thing.. we r lyke.. robots...

anyways.. back to the story... things happen and pple turn away from God... even in our lives today.. things happen.. in fact many things happen.. dat are not perfect.. bad things really do happen to good pple! bad things really do happen to christians!! cmon.. face it..

even the bible tells us to expect tribulations!! but.. rejoice cos God promised to stick with you... provided u dont let go.. and trust me u come out victorious.. yes persevere and stick through! many do let go btw...anywayss.. dats another story..

back to the story..one thing i know.. no matter wad we become.. wad state we end up in.. the basic commandmant and also the very impt is LOVE!!! love requires no reason.. and love requires no reason not to love.. :)

really it is not about how much bible study u attend.. how much discipleship u go to.. how much u give in building fund.. how much u do for the lord.. to what extend u rise up to... ultimately, if u do not love, u r nothing... spirituality is not based on these really!! it is based on yr heart.. :) God sees the heart really.. ;p

it is just so revelational.. haha.. of course if u love God u will serve God wif all yr heart.. haha. but if u do all those and not love.. dats the prob.. and i believe dat is what leads to many pple giving up !! 2 words.. shaky foundation...

last semester i remembered there were so many evangelistic events during exams..many many events.. and yes i choose to put the things of God first.. and yeah my results last sem was the best of all my years in uni..totally amazing how God works.. truely seek ye first the kingdom of God and all else will be added! dis yr will be no different!it WILL be even better! haha.. i confess it man!!! ;p

the wonders of prayers!!had prayer conferences till our voices are gone.. but yet seeing the faithfulness of God... it is really not by human means.. but by prayer and fasting... dis wk really boosted my faith level.. and i am so excited!! cos God is sooooooo faithful!

spend my day studying at city hall burger king today.. went esplanade wif ah mei.. but it was packed.. hmmz.. woah alot of hardworking pple ard... studying in the lib.. hohoho

went to meet my youths after dat.. for bible study.. but cancelled it and had conference wif dem instead.. was very dissapointed...everytime i get dissapointed.. i tend to be super super upset.. cos i pin so high hopes on pple.. so i decided to take out my bible.. and whoo.. God is awsome.. i tell u God is living and soo real!!

my core youths, i really pray for God to be first.. conference was good.. thank God for dat... oh november is gonna be exciting!!! and super challenging!! cos i am having exams!!! hohoho oh wells.. i serve a great God anyway!!!

i love my youths..

alot of time spent on them.. but it is worth it.. to seee them improving, excelling, stepping out.. it's really fufilling..

i want them to excell in their studies.. to increase in their finances, to increase in spiritual maturity.. to cltivate the fruits of the spirit.. and no matter wad it takes.. i will help them to acheive.. cos i love them so much..

the only thing i cant control myself is when they dissapoinhet me.. i am not a person who cry easily.. but i cant help it.. cos i love dem so much.. and i hav so much hopes for them.. dat when they dont breakthough, i feel so sad.. cos i dunno wad else i can do.. cos i love dem so much..

i can only tell God that i am not worthy.. to be a shepherd over them.. cos i dunno how to lead them..i feel useless when they go back to their old ways.. oh lord..

but God is awsome.. and my youths are awsome..they know my heart!! and they want to change!!! and that is more den enough... thank you jesus !!!

europe was awsome.. really thank God for this opportunity to go overseas.. it is really a whole new experience.. plus i touched snow for the first time! haha.. so fun.. jungfrau is NICE!!! been to so many towns .. grenoble, arles, carcasonne, avignon, annercy, zermatt, interlaken, luzern and many many more which i cant remember liao..

been home for quite a while now.. and going back to sch on mon! so fast! and it is my final year!! woww.. time really flies!!!

the koreans from sch came over to singapore! we bought them ard.. made dem eat all sorts of food.. singaporean food.. durians... and many more.. and we went to watch transformers!!! it is such a nice show!!!!!!!!! wow... i want a CAR!!! that can TRANSFORM!!!.. that will be cool.. hehe.. we spent a day in sentosa..

thank God. opportunity to bring my parents to witness this healing miracle.

day 1.. not alot of pple... awsome.. presence of God came... hearts melted.. eyes teared.. thank you jesus!!.. indeed.. there are 2 sides of the cross..! salvation and healing!.. God began to open my eyes to things i nvr paid attention to in the bible.. it was amazing.. the holy spirit moved and pple are literary getting out of wheelchairs.. PRAISE ＴＨＥ LORD!

day2.. double the power.. indeed! it was rawking! so rawking that even as i am writing this, i m totally filled wif joy! i am still very excited really! and i am VERY HAPPY! joy of the lord! it is unexplainable... 2 yrs ago i went for benny hinn as a new believer.. and i saw the work of the lord.. i saw how the presence of God hit.. but i did not understand..i saw pple weeping in the presence of the lord.. being refreshed and being filled wif the holy spirit.. today i saw and experienced the power of God.. it was amazing and i really praise God for the mighty move of the holy spirit! thank God for the numerous healing testimonies!! pple coming out of wheelchairs.. the deaf could hear.. it was awsome.. i tell u God is a healer!!!

the presence of God was sooooooooo strong i could not stand.. but the love of God is awsome... and makes me hunger for more and more of the lord..

the long queue was totally worth it!!! being in the presence of the lord is worth more than anything! we reached at 230!!! haaaaaaaa

day3- i was contemplating the whole day whether or not to go.. and i totally regret it.. after svc i called up my frens and ask for a detailed account of the svc.. haa.. wow.. 3 times the power manz!!! pastor said svc will end no later than 7 but it ended lyke 8 plus plus.. amazing.. flow with the spirit.. haa.. i am gonna join benny hinn choir the nxt time he comes manz..

haa.. power packed wkend... and exam on thurs.. sigh... but.. muz do well!!! and even before the exams start. i already saw how God helped me in the tests.. 3005 and 3002.. really amazing.. in 3002, God showed me very clearly one of the questions!! i am not kidding!! it shocked me to the max too!! but thank God.. haa... i am in awe..

i believe it is from God.. first of all.. my design project is on fc.. and my core module dat i am going to clear in france so happen to be on fc .. (lyke the subject that they can match for my core module is only fc la.. !!) how amazing..and the prof i chose for my fyp.. when i open his web site.. wah la.. he specialise on fc as well!! so.. i am doing fc for my fyp.. haa. praise God.. see.. God show His plan if only u faithfuly follow him. haa...

went to NATAs fair yesterday...and settled all my tickets..anyway.. bought my air tickets to france already.. cost me a bomb.. now i am super financially tight.. haiz.. but God is a provider.. if he wants me to go.. he is going to provide the finances.. and i am really looking forward to it.. ;p

my longest trip away from family.. actually my 1st trip.. haa.. kindda worried for family and cellgroup.. but i serve a great God.. He will take care of them for me.. PRAISE GOD!!!

my ear was stuck for the past week..and pain oso.. tink got infection.. so i was feling kindda sick and irritated.. and just yesterday... i got it pumped.. haa.. now i can hear!! yay.. haa.. God is awsome.. paid lyke only $3 to pump .. haa.. the doctor very nice oso.. haa.. thankx for all the prayers everyone!! hee

cant believe it.. spiritual warfare..!!

cant imagine how pple give up God in such a short period of time... i really cant imagine.. God is meant so much to me!!! it is definitely not a overnight thing dat i give up everything i have wif God.. it is not worth it!! no matter how dissapointed i am wif pple ard me.. no matter how discouraged. i will NOT put my God at stake.. as something dispensable... cos he is not!! no matter how i am treated by christians.. no matter wad i face in my mministry.. no matter WATEVER, my God is not something i give up overnight.. NEVER!!! i am not here to please pple.. to please man.. i am not driven my standards of man.. i am secure.. SO SECURE.. in my stand in God!! no matter wad pple say.. i juz follow the vision of my leader and move... cos i hav tasted the goodness of God.. and dat's enuff to last me a lifetime..

that night.. i made a vow to God.. that by all means i will never give up.. i will NEVER backslide.. and i wanna post this here!! to remind myself... dat i will not give up God.. no matter what it takes!! haa.. if it is so dat i may backslide one day.. pls pls PLS.. print out this post and throw it to my face!

just last wk.. i was so discouraged.. i wanted to give up.. serious!! i was thinking... wadever la.. juz put me on better grounds.. i have given up hope...i hav totally given up on the pple ard me.. pple who i think very highly offf.. pple who i placed my hope on... pple who i felt could run with me.. it is really tiring.. to do things alone.. BUT THANK GOD!! He drew me back!! He is juz awsome la!! nvr place yr hope on man pple! man can fail.. but not GoD!!

i thank God for the pple ard me who are running wif me.. really.. every single one of u are so precious... and u guys are an encouragement!!

i believe my faith is not dat weak...haa..dissapointments.. they are everywhere.. so what...? tired.. week in week out.. minimal results.. but i learn.. that everything is in God's hands... unless He moves, we all labour in VAIN.. so.. learning to trust in God.. and Pray and fast for a mighty move of His hand.. i know.. in due season... he will bring His vision to pass... it is worth it.. so friends, i pray u all move together wif me! dont give uP! i cannot lose any one of u now.. all of u are too precious!!

i always look forward to weekends.. where i can come and meet wif the lord in His house..

these few months, the lord has shown me.. and led me to slowly understand the circumstances of others.. by really.. bringing me through it myself. .. i learn to understand.. the temptations of the world is really tempting! alot of circumstances that lead me to further understand others to a deeper level.. truely the Lord is amazing... unless u been through it.. u really dont understand..

but understanding does not mean condoning! i do not condone it! cos i have been through.. i do not deem it correct! cos i got OUT of it.. and if i can, i believe all of u can! i am refering to everyone of u to persevere in the lord.. and truely, persevering is the KEY.. really..

Dr AR bernard is amazing. and this yr 2007 is indeed a good kick of wif a series of powerful messages.. every wk the messages haven fail to bring new insights to me! this coming wk is pastor ULF conference! and i cant wait..

i signed up for campus calls.. and it is really a blessing.. thank God for that cos i can do my followup in school.. FOC!!! praise God..!!

YEAH!! my first entry for year 2007!!
attachment has ended and now i am back in school.. miss attachment manz!! it's really fun!! now i have to study.. but oh wells.. i guess i better enjoy studying since everyone says 'study is the best.. wait till u go out to the real working world..'.. hmmz.. maybe the real working world is really scary? oh well.. but i still tink working is fun.. haa.. miss the times we hav long breakfasts, long lunches, juz sit in FA lab and slack, go to pilotline, go out of office to eat, basically juz having fun...

anyway, juz yesterday i saw a huge rat.. eww,, totally gross out.. it went to sniff at a guy's feet at the bus stop.. yucks.. and at another bus stop, i saw dis centipede thingy.. eww.. totallly horrible.. andsome time ago in a bus, dis guy was sleeping and he fell of the seat!!! i mean really fell off!!! manz.. he muz be really tired..

a couple of weeks more before i end my attachment.. wow time flies.. tink will really miss UTAC.. it's really fun.. the pple.. the attachment khakis.. manz.. gotta rush my report.. hope i can finish in time..

bible study wif gabriel is always fantastic.. aside from bs, he really teaches and imparts life principles.. i have learnt to really set a deadline for myself to accomplish great things.. never be idle... and wif a deadline, it pushes u.. for excellence.. set a deadline for the books u wanna finish reading etc.. yeah dat reminds me i need to engage in some books again!! heee.. to fill my spiritual hunger!

gabriel mentioned something during bs.. how much shd we submit to our leaders? the answer is in EVERYTHING! (unless of course when they go against the bible, which is hardly the case)and submit to the vision of the leader.. regardless of yr own..infact, yr vision shd be that of yr leader! in a single vision, with unity , den can the cg move on to greater heights together! i totally agree!

God have been seroiusly convicting me on my quiet time... to seek him daily.. and geesh i am really convicted!! mon, gave bible study and the topic was on quiet time. tues, DG wif eileen and anothere conviction on quiet time. wed had bible study and was empowered with God's truth!!! thurs had prayer meeting and i emphasized on the importance of quiet time as well.. fri during cg.. another emphasing on quiet time by bro sinda.. asking us to really set aside the best part of our day to seek God.. so basically.. realy WOW.. cos God is so determined to show me what He wants in my life!!! every single day he is reminding me.. i am amazed.. wonder wad svc will talk about tmr.. haa....

anyways.. been really tired.. and really convicted to spend more time at home.. pray for God to give me wisdom in time management.. slowly but surely...so yea.. gimme time k.. hor jap.. haaaaaa

dis is me and lam lai!! he is so cute la!! he always call me xiao bai.. cos i very white.. haa.. and guess wad!!! i asked him to pray for me .. and he did!!! initially he keep saying he forgot how to pray.. so i taught him how to pray.. and i asked him if he would like to pray for me.. and he say ok.. haa.. sooooo cute.. so he prayed for me.. to find a good husband.. haa.. awwwww.. how cute is dat manz.. den the rest of the gals came and he prayed for all of us.. to find god husbands.. haaa.. so cute la...

and look at dis!!! isn't dis lyke the cutest thing!!! mr puah and zhang po from bethany nursing home!!! due to our intro.. they came to know each other!! and they like each other!!! so happy.... now they are not lonely in the home .. haa.. and they are both know of christ!!!! praise God...

we r still in he process of intro-ing the residents to make frens wif each other.. i tink it is very good!! cos they are so lonely there.. and wif frens they can go visit each other!! although they are all mostly wheel-chair bound..

my 1st mission-local

yes.. my first local outreach.. 2 wks.. to bethany nursing home.. such a blessing to be placed in this team.. i really learnt alot and God really opened my eyes to see what he is doing.. and really by ministering to the elderly, at the same time, i am also being ministered to.. it is really God's divine plan that i am able to be part of his plan to bring the gospel to bethany nursing home...

it was an awsome 12 days.. God taught me many lessons.. the most importantly i would say is obedience.. throughout this 12 days.. spiritual attacks was everywhere.. on day 1, i fell sick.. i was in a way angry wif God.. i so much wanted to be on the grounds.. ministering.. sharing God's love.. i was so willing.. i was so ready.. i was so prepared.. but i was physically not able to...

i saw God's healing power.. in one day, my fever cleared.. i was overjoyed.. praising God.. thankful that i could serve Him.. but i guess my disobedience in taking care of my body..by staying up late into the night and all.. and i was down wif cough, and on/off fever.. darn.. had to stay out of the field for a few days on/off.. i was so reluctant to stay home.. i dint want to.. i pushed myself to go.. but i couldnt do it.. i had to surrender... if it is God's will for me to stay out of the field.. i will..

much tears were shed.. as God began to teach me.. and mould me.. lessons learnt in working with the team.. being ATL.. mis-handling of situations, having God convict and having the holy spirit nudge me real hard to apologise.. i thank God for that.. the peace of having done it.. i thank God.. the guilt of being sick and having God comfort me.. i thank God for that.. seeing the elderly old and weak but trusting God, loving God.. i thank God for them..being allowed by non-christian elderly to pray over them, i thank God.. just seeing the elderly smile.. i thank God..being able to bring God's love and God's truth to the pple, i praise God!!.. these are all valuable lessons.. not learnt by reading but really by being involved.. through situations, God moved me to tears and brought me up another level with Him.. i thank God..

language barrier is nvr a problem.. cos the language of love is universal..!! just holding their hands, singing to them, they are so happy.. and just seeing them smile, it melts my heart...

i thank God for the chance to lead in morning devotions and morning worship.. i thank God for everything learnt on the grounds and off the grounds.. i thank God for night sharings wif team mates.. i thank God for prayer being so strong in the team.. every second we are praying.. i thank God for the mini prayer meeting in the middle of the night.. our flesh is weak but our spirit is willing.. but God knows and God sees our heart!!!

through this trip, i learnt to humble myself and really break down my pride.. the worse thing the devil can do is to bring up our pride... and make us put on a facade.. doing things for the sake of showing off.. rather that glorify God.. i think that is very dangerous.. and many pple is faling into this trap of the devil!!!... i nvr want to let my pride take control of me..i told God, break me to pieces, that u may mould me .. to be a mighty vessel for you... break down my pride.. i want to serve.. and i dont care how others view me.. i just want to serve your people.. with a heart so genuine.. full of love.. truely God is moulding each one of us even as we minister to the elderly.. He is in charge and at the end of the day, no matter what we do in our own might, it is the lord who works in the pple hearts.. it is the lord who decides..

my team is made up of diferent pple wif diff character and together we complement each other so wonderfully.. i am amazed by how God brought us together as a team.. i learnt alot... praise God..

and wow dis 2 wks of overdose on panadol, overdose of cough serup, overdose of strapsils, overdose of liang cha... but God sustained me with the overdose of His love, strength and spirit.. renewing me each day for His misnistry.. thank you Jesus!! i am filled wif His love...

went out for a fantastic dinner wif my family on mon.. woah.. yumyum...

tues had davin ci magazine distribution.. woke up lyke so early.. to catch the morning working pple.. haa... really great time of distribution of the magaziine.. and really heartening to see pple coming back to take more.. to give out to their other colleagues.. i tink it was very amazing.. that a passer by even stop by ai kit and prayed for all the magazines!!! on the spot!! it really rawks to see christians who really want the truth to be setting pple free.. anyway, the movie is out today.. but seriously, even dan brown says...."my hope for the da vinci code was, in addition to entertaining pple, that it might serve as an open door for readers to begin their own explorations and rekindle their interest in topics of faith.." and really when u explore deeper, (and it doesnt take much of an effort cos the facts are so obviously distorted) , the story is merely but a story..

that reminds me of a game we played during my mission training camp.. there was one slot called movie nite.. i was lyke.. har? come for training camp to watch movie? no link leh.. but nvm la.. juz watch lor.. hmmz.. the movie was quite exciting though.. haa.. watch half way.. suddenly from behind, someone scream.. den some chasing down the aisle.. then we were told to leave the audi.. on our slip of paper was our identity.. mine was a christian.. and my role was to spread the gospel.. so i went out and spread the gospel.. there were other identity lyke non-christiasn, spy, policemen.. and we were not suppose to be caught talking by the policemen.. hmmz.. but i was caught.. haa.. den was bought by the policemen to this place... blindfolded.. and it's lyke a 'torturing chAMBER ' where the christians caught are forced to reveal the leaders name.. and also asked if they were a christian and all... den dey made me hold on to this slimy thing.. which i saw from under my blindfold, it was a SLIMY HUGE FISH TAIL!!! oh manz.. is was super disgusting.. nvr seen a fish tail dat big.. haaa.. there were pple ard me told to do push ups, told to drink stuff... told to hold stuff lyke worms.. whooo.. torture..

but it really make me think.. will i be holding on to my faith come what may>? but it is very real.. at night, some of my team mates we talked about end times issues.. like rapture and all.. it was very interesting.. and very real... it really gave me the urgency to want to see the multitudes come to know christ...

oh ya.. during the camp.. my meals are lyke discounted by the aunties in the canteen.. haa.. how blessed.. dunno y the aunties like giving me discounts!!! haa... dey all wanna charge me cheaper!! haaaaa.. God is good.. ;p.. oh and dis aunty remember me from meta camp!!! oh manz.. lyke last yr la!!! and she still remember me.. cant believe it manz.. so cute.. haa

yest, wed, had thanksgiving.. it was really den that the lord impacted upon me to trust him in my support raising.. all the while.. i keep thinking i can juz support myself.. and there is always this doubt in me that pple wont give to local missions.. but i was wrong.. all of a sudden, the lord pressed upon me pple who flashed across my mind.. i decided to ask.. as in really ask.. all the while i juz asked for the sake of asking.. and am very contented already wif raising prayer support.. but the lord showed me HE is a God of great things!!! pray and ASK and He will add it upon u... i prayed and sent out smses.. and now that i am already 35% into my support raising in juz one day.. and also increase in prayer worriors for my team!!! wow.. i can juz testify of His providence and faithfulness.. if only u set yr heart in His ways.. and learn to trust in his goodness..

thank you all my prayer worriors!!! and my partners in support raising lyke christabel and stephanie from camp orion.. really blessed and thank God who led me to u great gals!!! also thankx to all the crusaders for showed interest in supporting my mission.. for wanting to support me as well!!! how cool is dat.. juz in one day of conviction, and action, and whooo.. God provided me wif 35 % of my support raising already.. now i want to go out and bless others in their missions too... !!! ;p

yes. hmmz.. very packed wk.. tues met up wif shan and bel.. had a great time juz slacking ard.. updating each other on our lives and juz chill.. it was cool...

wed had bible study.. but b4 dat went to play wif little may may.. so cute la!!!!!!!!!! cant believe it manz.. really really cute.. awwwwwwwwwwww.... bible study at bro gab hse was.. whoo.. a great time of learning God's word.. i nvr fail to take back something after every session wif bro Gab.. truely a man of God..

thurs to sat.. my mission training camp.. i tell u it was a awsome 3 days... we had a great time of team bonding and learning from God's work.. and really get equipped for the greater works! really see the love of God through the actions of my team mates.. i am blessed to be placed in this team... on sat.. went on project SENT! i always love these kind of project witnessing cos it is really encourging cos God really work big time!! and it is always the case and i love to see God at work!!! even as we step out in prayers, God has gone out before us, softening hearts, preparing the ground.. thank you Lord! i dont disregard witnessing.. i feel it is a means God can use.. and not a hit and run thing.. cos God can really use every witnessing session to plant seeds.. one day.. someone will harvest the seeds sown... there are many ways God can use.. and i have seen the works of witnessing.. it can be phenomenal..the bible says.. do not let anything that is to be done left undone..

prayers is really very vital.. i was deeply touched by day 2 session on interceding for target audience. it is fantastic.. prayer IS the work!!! being part of accomplishing God's plans..i wanna be part of it!!! part of this partnership wif God!!!

yeah! and night sharings.. deep into the night.. juz talking of the wonders of creation.. the wonders of God's word!..healthy biblical debates.. and even questions lyke.. does adam have a bellybutton?? haa.. so farnie la my team.. and it is really refreshing to get new insights from these pple.. so on fire for God.. togething learning and sharing on God's word.. i juz love engaging in God's word..

oh well.. very tired.. and rushed down for svc... the msg was powerful.. but i was really too tired.. and i had to bring my camping bag there cos i rushed down from camp.. so heavy..anyway.. it was on prayer!!! and really reinforced what i learnt in camp...! i guess God is really bringing up the importance of prayers in my life!!!

went for sun svc as well.. another reinforcement on prayers.. good...

anyway.. the power of our tongue... it is really a very powerful tool.. it can make or break a person.. so it is so important to guard our tongue... no matter how u wanna disreguard other pple's gossip .. it somehow gets in.. S.A. tan.. is good at this.. using our tongue to bring pple down.. so.. protect yr fellow bro and sis.. guard yr tongue... angainst any sin.. lyke gossip.. and dont be part or this sin.. dat means.. dont join in.. 1 tim 5:22.. do not share in the sins of others...

wow whee.. exams are over.. and i am geared up manz..

straight after exams.. prayer meeting.. and it was fantastic...

fri.. a hectic day.. went shopping as early as 12 till ard 7.. non stop sia... shop for pple's pressi.. haaaaaaa.. tiring.. and cell again was fantastic.. e354 rawks big time!! cos we are all spirit filled believers.. making an impact in the world.. loving God wholeheartedly... loving pple fervently.. hungry for the word and growing tremendously in the lord!!!

after cell.. God held the last train for me!!!i was praying in my heart.. telling God to hold the train.. and really thank God man.. i really will be at a lost if i missed the last train manz.. thank God for my cell member wif me too!!! God is faithful..

sat and sun svc wif pastor casey treat.. and sun it was amazing.. firstly, i woke up late.. and i actually dint wanna go.. but pastor was preaching a dif message.. so i juz dragged myself to church.. and usually when i am late.. i get to my seat and am very distracted.. cos i already missed part of the praise and worship.. so quite sian wan.. when i reached on sun.. they were already midway into worship.. i was looking ard.. pretty distracted.. den i decided to focus and really seek the lord.. so i worshiped .. in spirit and in truth.. and WHAM.. the presence of God just fell!!! just like dat.. instant.. as if sweeping pass the whole congregation.. it was simply amazing.. throughout the whole svc.. it was just.. woah... nothing beats seeking God in a deeper level and really being so close and listening to him...

anyway went to pass shan the cake on sat... and even as i was very late.. i was expecting shan to hav left home.. but half hoping she dint.. and wow.. God is amazing.. the lift door open and shan was there.. haa.. a little second later and i would hav missed her.. God is way cool .. and way way faithful..

really glad that God is working in my DG life.. and i am so excited!!! that he has sent us out!!! out of the whole DG of 8, 3 of us are in the mission field.. doing HIS work!! i am so excited!!! japan, east asia, singapore... here we come!!! even as i pray , God is convicting... is so amazing.. to be able to touch lives.. and to bring God closer to the pple... u all will blessing pple all over the world!! and not only that.. u all will be blessed too!!! nothing beats knowing God in a deeper, more intimate level!! and as u draw near, God draws closer too!!! and even right now.. He is drawing near!!! He wont leave u alone.. u will nvr be alone.. jo and eileen!!! all the way!!! :)))

we have tried so hard.. we did what ever we could.. we did it your way.. but we are not seeing it.. why? is it not according to yr will God? we start to get angry.. with God..questioning ourselves.. questioning God.. questioning our faith...

we think to ourself..maybe God was not in control that moment? maybe he mislooked.. we certainly dont deserve this.. we done everything we could!

lets say a mum with a child..a little boy!! she plans for him to grow up.. go jc.. go university... then get a degree to be a lawer. and earn big bucks.. so that he will have a good life ahead... she is very pleased with her plans for her child... however, the child grows up, joins a gang.. refuses to study.. and end up in prison... hmmz.. he refuses to follow the nice and perfect plan the mum has planned... but... yea.. he has a choice.. its his choice...

our heavenly father in heaven.. knows the plans he has for us.. plans to prosper us and not to harm us.. plans to give us a hope and a future... (jer 29:11).. we have a choice.. we can pray.. and seek God.. and walk in His will.. or we can choose to depend on our own strength.. and be controlled by our own desires.. there are temptations around.. and we get tempted.. if we rely on our own human strength.. however, we can choose to rely on God.. ;p He directs.. really... and i am being directed by Him every day!!! it's really amazing.. praise God...

yeah.. so happy... during this period of EnGaGE.. even though it has just started not long..God has already been speaking to me... and convicting me of many issues .. i feel very blessed.. and really close to God again... His love embraces me.. really wen u truely seek God.. and come into comunion wif Him.. He reveals himself and answers yr prayers.. I am leaning more and more on Him.. and coming up to another whole new level of relationship with Him..really happy!!! ;p

Dg was awsome.. record time of 3hrs!!! haa... had some very good discussion and sharing.. learning how to be empowered by the holy spirit.. Romans 8:9---> you, however, are controlled not by the sinful nature but by the spirit...

truely it's not about 'I' ... when 'I' goes out, the SON comes in.. SIN-->SON

bible study was great too!!!actually i dint feel lyke going.. was very tired.. and had to travel all the way to kallang for 1 hr only.. and alone somemore.. but i still went la.. and i m glad i went la.. everytime wen i most dont feel lyke going, but i still choose to honour God and He nvr fails me.. each time i get refreshed in His word..

it's so important to have faith. not head faith but heart faith... abraham type of faith... faith reaches out to the invisible. it is not a product of human resoning but beyond that. it is higher than human reasoning!!! when u have faith. anything can happen..

so i m really having faith and praying.. and trusting God to intervene.. dis is all i can do now... all yours Lord..

yeah.. cool cool.. got moi new phone.. haa.. and IT'S PINK!!! haa.. wanted a razor pink actually but realised VS2 had more features.. oh wells.. i tink it's good la.. satisfied.. but haven got down to using it yet.. haa.. hope it dont dissapoint me la.. haa

anyways.. hp really go out of style really fast.. one yr it can cost lyke $600 and the nxt yr less den $100.. heh.. yet dey hav a market.. wierd.. heh
